Using glasses of the same design from the kitchen as references, all up maybe 6 hours (Im slow) was spent modelling this while switching to Reddit and YouTube as well. To get the shape of the glass,a Boolean modifier was applied using a curved semi-disc shape at an angle.The topology was obviously then fixed up because the Boolean modifiers a spaz. 375 passes in cycles.(2.64-testbuild-1). The IOR of the glass material is 1.37 (Googled it). Composited in Blender.
