Description
This is my first model: a free interpretation of a Colin Chapman's Seven!
It is not very accurate but I like it!
Wheels are by Danilius and demonstrate an interesting technique, thanks for the lesson, seats are derived from that of Neubi, only slightly modified by me and gauges are by kuhn0362. Thanks guys for sharing.
Textures are original works i made on gimp. Materials are quite inaccurate, as well as the lights, but this project is intended as a starting point to allow all of you to make your own custom Seven. Enjoy it, and happy blending!

Not sure what it is but whenever I load this model Blender freezes.
The model is heavy, you can try to lighten it a bit by removing some details, such as the air intake on the hood, which I mistakenly applied the subsurf, the perforated cover on the exhaust. Even the texture of the flames is unnecessarily heavy (4096x4096), so you can try to remove it. Alternatively update your hardware, other users tell me that it works, although a bit heavy.
Another way to speed up the viewport is to set the subsurf subdivisions on view to 1, for every mesh that have it set to 2. That's my bad. I should leave it that way before upload. Anyway, thanks for download!
This model rocks- love the numberplate!
thanks psycho!
Just saw this... nice use of the gauges, and good model all around.
very beautiful model ! is it possible to ask you to model a retractable roof cover for the cabin ? also I'd like to ask your opinion about how to increase the tires size... tks ! cheers from rio de janeiro !!
Hi, just wondering where you got your dimensions from? Ive modeled a spaceframe in blender from the plans in the book "Build your own Sports Car", but your body does not fit on it.
Very nice.
