Here is a character I made in my spare time. It took about a week to make this character and all of it's accessory’s. There are no textures, just basic Cycles materials. Do whatever you want with this character and if you make something cool with it, drop it in the comments below!

how do I move these characters in blender?

If you mean to pose the character with the rig, then you select a bone via right click in pose mode and rotate with R, or move with G and in some cases, S to scale. Hope this helps.
