Looks fine overall. I would seperate the glass from the wodden part of the window. The upper part and the lower part of the windows dont match up perfectly maybe you try the snapping tool with edges or vertecies to improve it. also the transition between the 2 roofs is a bit strange. there should be bit more space between the top of the entrance door and the 2nd floor so you get the feeling of a bigger entrance. When i build a building i have a human dummy, something in dimension of a human to get a feeling how the room fits to a human. The chimney looks nice from outside but doesnt seem to be integrated to the 1st floor. But hey thats only what i think what could be done. Overall its a good looking house and it seems to be realistic in most parts.
