As you asked for comment I want to say that your work is not bad, but you let a lot of files that is not useful to us, as the old blend files, renders and folders, that is making your file be too much heavy just for a cup. So I recommend you to clean your file, let just the final Blend file and a final render. Other thing is that you put a solidify modifier on the handle and this make a little defect in that, I suggest to you to apply the solidify modifier only on the cup, and let the handle without this modifier.
