Cereal box. 152 verts. I made this for a kitchen scene. You can easily change the image texture and then adjust the UV's to work.

The flaps are controlled by shape keys so that you can vary them if you have several in a scene

Crap...sorry. I packed the wrong texture image into the file. I didnt even notice. Its the right image, just the .png version and its damn near 16mb itself.... Sorry about that. Ill check the file size from now on...
