Para hacer un modelo asi te recomiendo veas varios videos en la internet, hay muchos de modelado, puedes empezar con uno que se llama blender foundations, y afianzar con el blender hotshot, practica eso, luego te buscas un libro de referencia como el animation cookbook de virgilio vasconcelos para el rig, yo voy por el capitulo 3.
