Description
Node setup for generating images (or movies) that appear to have been captured using a tilt/shift lens. Tilt/shift lenses create photos that look like miniatures. e.g. take a photo of a city from on top of a hill and the city will look like a little model village!

is the picture in the backgruond made with blender?
Unfortunately, no - it is simply a node setup to use with existing photography.
Thank you for sharing this, very helpful to have presets compositing nodes like that !
