Violin

Description

The file has all textures packed. First time I have used Blender Internal rendering engine settings such that the render is as close to what I had got with Cycles.

This has been rendered with Blender Internals

Best part is it has been rendered in Blender Internal. You wouldn't come across many Blender Internal Rendered images at par with other rendering engines. Blender Internal is really power if used correctly. Though not good for caustics

Brilliant use of compositing to get a photorealistic look with the Blender Internal engine. And with just two nodes!!! Amazing.... Thanks for sharing.

have you tried using cycles to render this instead of blender internal?

oh and I don't mean to be the nitty gritty guy that points out the little stuff... but violins usually have a chin rest. Think you could put one on?

The rendered image does not look like the preview here. The body of the violin is set to "mat_clay" and there are no wood textures like in the render. This is in Blender 4.3. Description says the textures are packed with the file, but no textures other than flat colors found.
