A pair of low-poly handcuffs, of the non-locking type.

These are quite low-poly, and the racheting part of each cuff is constrained to rotate in only the appropriate direction (along it's local Z axis, with the origin at the hinge).

I would have liked to rig them more thoroughly, so that moving the individual cuffs would move the chain links appropriately, but it was not to be.
