Wow, that's a large project, that will take a few weeks if I get started on it and I'm working on some other things. I am doing an Acclamator Starship right now if that helps. I'll see about getting around to the AT-TE though

I can't really turn the LEGO AT-TE into a real one, topology is too different. If I get around to modeling just a normal AT-TE then I'll let you have it. I'm also not that good yet. If you put a request up on blendswap's request page I'm bet someone better than me will be able to fill it
