Tried to use it, but couldn´t figure out how to tune the backdrop color. Any chance of a new video?

Im sorry I keep saying I'll get a video up, I've not yet be able to. A lot of it is self-Explanatory, change the top Image Node to the picture of you or something on a green screen (If you would like it to be a video instead, do Shift+A - Input - Movie, and swap it for the picture node. Play around with a few of the settings on the "Channel Key" and "Color Spill" nodes. Then, Change the bottom Image node to a background of your choice - Note: You can swap the "Image" Node for a Movie node like before - Now just Render it!
