Hi Scott, please could you tell me how I would use this?
Sure. I have made a video explaining it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHaP59Q5v_c
Sorry that video won't work...I'll tell you when I have made a new one :)
Thanks. I'll keep checking back.
Tried to use it, but couldn´t figure out how to tune the backdrop color. Any chance of a new video?
+1 Would be much appreciated :-)
Hi, sorry, I haven't checked my blendswap for a while, will start a video tonight :) Sorry for the late response

Im sorry I keep saying I'll get a video up, I've not yet be able to. A lot of it is self-Explanatory, change the top Image Node to the picture of you or something on a green screen (If you would like it to be a video instead, do Shift+A - Input - Movie, and swap it for the picture node. Play around with a few of the settings on the "Channel Key" and "Color Spill" nodes. Then, Change the bottom Image node to a background of your choice - Note: You can swap the "Image" Node for a Movie node like before - Now just Render it!
Cheers
