Here's a cartoon dragon to play around with. He's rigged, although the toes aren't right and the facial shapes are a bit weak. See what you can do with it or edit the shape keys. If anyone can fix the toes, let me know.

Cheers, Mate. There is the toe issue... I just can't work on this anymore right now. It was my first time going through the complete character workflow, from nada to animation, so, outside of a few animations, it's time to put this one to bed and do another.

Thank you this is Really Neat, is there a texture in the zip?
It's T-posed and rigged, textures are either in a folder or packed. I can't remember which, but they're in there...

This is amazing thank you - but I seem to lose the textures any idea?
Last I checked: "There will be a caution (!) in the top bar if you are using a newer version of blender. Click on it to update the display of the mesh and everything should be cool." I haven't looked in a while though so let me know if that helps and if not I'll get them(textures) to you.
