Update: After a long time I improve the Quality of the model, it have now better hands, proportions, and it have a very simple rig in order to start from a different pose. I made this changes to make the model more more easy to sculpt. I Start to sculpting using this and I found problems. Well now this is fixed.

Really what version of blender are you using ? I will check that.
It's because you saved while in the UV editor. All he has to do is switch to 3D view.
