Can anyone tell me why I get blank and when I give in cheer up and active texture comes in purple Explain to me please I'm new at this recently I started yesterday thanks!

Are you sure that the correct texture is getting used? Or you might be using the wrong render. If you are using cycles render, try switching, or if you are using blender render, then try switching that. I know when my things get purple/pinkish this always helps me.
