Glass Marbles

Description

Made for rendering in cycles. It has some weird shader errors happening with noise appearing on transparent materials. Colors of the middle flowing things can easily be changed in the material node setup. The background environment HDRi texture is an enhanced version of the free "Ditch River" from sIBL Archive (http://www.hdrlabs.com/sibl/archive.html)

It seems like you need to render the image, what you see in Blender is the 3D-viewport in which you edit your 3D model. To render the image, press the render button in the render settings on the right side of the window, or just use the hotkey F12! :) To learn more about Blender3D I recommend checking out BlenderCookie's Blender Basics course: get started here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xT2mtoDnSzM

Keep in mind that rendering can take long to do. Also, the blender file I've put up here is made for rendering with the graphics processing unit (GPU), If you don't have your gpu setup for rendering, you can change the Device setting from GPU-compute to cpu also in the right side of the window just under the render button. Good luck!

Great work! I love your rubber ducky too, and I'll be watching for more blends! Thank you for sharing your models with everybody, especially as CC-0.

Great! I will be sure to keep an eye out for your future blends. I have to say I like the rubber ducky more than the marbles, but that's only because I LOVE the rubber ducky! Very nice work, Marcus.
