The scene includes:

first layer: the flowers linked to an empty

second layer: the flowers of the foreground linked to an other empty

third layer: some drops

fourth layer: an empty who determined the focal length of the camera and the camera which is linked to it

note: it's easier to move the flowers with the empty

The [hdr image](http://www.hdrlabs.com/sibl/archive.html) is free but is not in the .blend file.
