Description
A rigged launchpad, rocket, and "cosmotrain" built for the upcoming web series [Lunatics](http://lunatics.tv) (http://lunatics.tv). I tried to make the rigging as intuitive as I could, but there's a lot of stuff going on. Please note that this was built with certain shots/angles in mind... so some aspects are more detailed/accurate then others. Also, this blend contains the static version of the Soyuz rocket. A rigged version (with separating rocket stages) is available separately).

These are wonderful models! I visited your site and I really enjoy your concept! I am struggling to make my own space "opera" and am amazed at your set ups for these....Where or how did you rig them may I ask? :) good luck with your endeavor!
Thanks... just to be clear, Lunatics isn't *my* site - I just did some models for them. The models are rigged with constraints (mostly of the "Transformation" variety).

Chris your just one sick monster unleashed on this site. Your work is mind blowing. People like you set the standards and bring quality to this site. Once in a while i check out your profile and i can't believe your giving away some of it for free. This stuff cost $$$hundreds of dollars on other sites and your giving it away like that, terrific job man!
Just wondering, for the control panel, are they in order for animating, like should I keyframe them from side to side or are they in random order?

Don't sell yourself short. My skill set is very narrow - I do complex mechanical models. I wouldn't have the foggiest idea how to create a video like that. In fact, I'd love to see a tutorial from you on how it was done. Again, great work!

Awesome! Just one question; How do I get the background to not be black? I set the world colors different, but that didn't work. The answer is probably really simple, but I can't figure it out. EDIT: Nvm, I figured it out.
