Requests now support blend files!


Hello, Blend Swappers!

We've just rolled out new forms for [creating](/requests/add) and editing Requests, they look and work similarly to the [new Blend form](/blends/add) and as an added perk we've added .blend (and .zip) file support for requests as well!

You can use this feature to upload your work in progress blend files so your collaborators can work on your original source file. Don't worry, using blend files is completely optional, but please do remember that preview images for the request is still mandatory.

We hope this new facility is very useful to you guys and girls. Of course don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issue with the form or any other part of the site.

### Notes:

1. Blend files downloaded from a request are not subtracted from your monthly bandwidth allowance.
2. Do not use this feature to circumvent the regular blend moderation queue, if we catch you doing this we will warn you just once, and then block your account.
3. Limitations for Free users are still in place, only Associate Members can create unlimited requests.
