About errors and downtime

Hi guys,
As many of you have noticed, there has been repeated downtime and errors on the site. This downtime is required every time I make a change to fix an error that has been reported. I'm trying to keep these to a minimum. I thank you for your patience while we get the new site working 100%.
Going along with this, many of you also noticed that there were some issues with search. These issues should now be resolved and you should be able to get accurate results. Thanks again for your patience while I resolved this issue.

where is the "search by downloads" and other filters?
You need to enter your search first, and then it will bring you to the search filter page

I would like to ask you something. I downloaded 5 items and I get 0 downloads remaining. When I looked in the "Download History" it showed that I downloaded a file 12 times in 7 seconds. I think this is an error. Thank you very much for your answer.
That must have been a weird glitch in the system :) I gave you some more downloads. Sorry for the issue.
Thank you very much. Anyway I wanted to try it again. I had 12 downloads remaining. I downloaded one item and now I have only 1 download. In the Download History it reported that I downloaded that particular file 17 times not just one time. So that weird glitch in the system continues to happen.
I'm not sure if "Contact Us" form worked, so I'll write here too: My Liked Blends shows only first page, the same blends no matter what sorting or page I request.
Yes, the contact form did reach me. I just replied. The issue has now been fixed.
Hey so im downloading the file and its subtracting from my total Download amount. nut the file does not ever begin to download using macbook pro 2019 and google chrome
