I had no idea that 8 string guitars were being made. I immediately wondered about the tuning. It seems the standard tuning is the same as a 6-string except there are two addition strings below the low E-string (below in pitch, not in physical position). BTW, cool blend.
Yes 8 string guitars really exist although the customization isn't appropriate
