Transparent tool shelves are not part of the theme. it's a feature you can set in User preferences: under "system", change "Window draw method" to "triple buffer", then check the "Region overlap" option (See image): http://i.imgur.com/aHnX7MK.jpg

very nice theme

The download file gives me a .zip.html extension, meaning it can't be unzipped by WinRAR or other program. Mistake in the file upload or am I doing something wrong by receiving an html instead of zip?
