Graf Zeppelin from a blueprint I found online.
DO NOT try to render the clouds unless you have a very substantial rig and plenty of time to spare.
The Zeppelin is reasonably lightweight and should render quickly.
To add it to your scene, append the group "Zeppelin"

How did you get that soft, fabric texture on the airship?
The texture nodes are quite ordinary, the key feature here is the lighting and shadows. Take a look at the sky texture in the environment.
