You are missing a texture - '200mm scale uv map.png', and you need to set smooth shading on the 'focus scale plate' object. Great model tho, very nice detail. If you fix that texture ill definitely give it an upvote.
Fixed smooth vs flat issue, repacked file, renamed blend file and uploaded again under edit.
