Just a little building I created to be a home converted into a modeling studio. This model could easily be turned into any type of office space or even a suburbia home. It's fairly low poly so could probably be used in bge, but is designed for light weight but more detailed animations. There is a particle system for the carpet, I have set the count to 0 so it wont crash any pc do to the high particle count. Hope you can find some good use for it. if you use it I would love to see what you decided to do with it.
