Francisco, you should clearly state in the model description that you used the model from Andres Cuccaro as the base for your fairy, this is what cc-by is for. Since she is not cc-0. I see you told Andres about this and the Andres comment on this page. But this is not enought. You should state it in the model description and inside the model distribution file. I mean, if we don't even respect cc-by licenses inside Blendswap then all this license stuff gets meaningless. Of course I don't mean to be offensive in any way. Just pointing out things.
